Requirements:
- Good knowledge in GST & Income Tax provisions.
- Good knowledge in Companies Act provisions.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Familiarity with monthly statutory filings.
- Audit Experience in Construction and Technology companies is an added advantage.
- Good Communication Skills.
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate with the team to ensure all statutory requirements are fulfilled for the group companies.
- Cross check the data for Monthly statutory reporting.
- Co-ordinate the Audit and Secretarial compliances.
- Conduct Internal Audits and do Ledger scrutinizes to ensure proper closing of books.
- Continuous updating of changing rules and regulations.
